Lauren Merritt Named TSPA Fargo Massage Therapy School Student of the Month!

Lauren has gone above and beyond as a student and as a student-massage therapist in her time here. She has made long-term connections with many of her guests who will be following her to her first job. Q- Where is your hometown?

A- Ramsey, MN

Q- How long have you been a student at TSPA?

A-  4 months

Q- What is your favorite food?

A- BBQ

 Q- Why did you choose The Salon Professional Academy?

A- Because the environment and energy seemed like the right fit for me, and it has become one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

 Q- Why did you decide to pursue a career in Massage Therapy?

A- I want to help people and help make them feel their best!

 Q- What is your favorite movie?

A- Grand Torino

 Q- What one word best describes TSPA?

A- Exciting

 Q- What is your favorite thing about TSPA?

A- It is always so welcoming and there is always someone around to help when needed. The energy is amazing.

 Q- Who is your favorite band/music artist?

A-  Morgan Wallen

Q- When did you first become interested in a career in Massage Therapy?

A- I’ve always been interested in esthetics and massage, but after working at Hair Success it made me want to pursue my career in the spa industry.

Q- What advice would you give other students wanting to achieve high levels of success like you have?

A- Work hard, show up early, put in extra time,  focus hard on studying and ask questions.

Q- What do you plan to do after you graduate?

A- I am starting the Esthetics program at TSPA and will work part-time doing massage while I complete the next program. I will then be able to do both massage and esthetics services.

Q- What do you like to do in your spare time?

A- Puzzles, Gardening and playing with my animals.
