Q- Where is your hometown?
A- West Fargo, ND
Q- How long have you been a student at TSPA?
A- 11 Months
Q- What is your favorite food?
A- Mini Corn Dogs
Q- Why did you choose The Salon Professional Academy?
A- I chose TSPA because I heard such good things about the education. When I toured I knew this was where I wanted to be.
Q- Why did you decide to pursue a career in Cosmetology?
A- I chose cosmetology because I feel better when I have my hair done, get a facial, do my nails, or put on makeup. I want to give people that same confidence and provide others with self-care.
Q- What is your favorite movie?
A- Safe Haven
Q- Describe TSPA in one word.
A- Family
Q- What is your favorite thing about TSPA?
A- My fellow students and the educators. I always look forward to seeing my friends & learning.
Q- Who is your favorite band/music artist?
A- Wage War
Q- When did you first become interested in a career in Cosmetology?
A- I learned that life is short, and if you are going to be doing something every day of your life you better enjoy it. I always had an interest in hair, makeup & skin, but never thought about it as a career. I am so glad I made the decision to become a cosmetologist.
Q- What advice would you give other students wanting to achieve high levels of success like you have?
A- Just be yourself. If you are yourself and practice your skills, clients will continue to come to you. You can be extremely skilled, but being yourself will get you farther.
Q- What are your plans after you graduate?
A- I plan on working full-time at Sephora.
Q- What do you like to do in your spare time?
A- Word searches, reading, playing kitchen with my BF’s daughter Lilly, and spending time with family & friends.
